Is the cancelled DS game getting another shot? The Australian Classification Board has unearthed yet another unannounced game, this time its Wayforwards Alien Infestation. While the rating says its a multi-platform title (which games dont these days) its possible its the reincarnation of the DS version of Aliens: Colonial Marines. That game was thought to be cancelled back in 2009.
Wayforward are best known perhaps for Shantae but theyve also been responsible for Contra 4 on the DS and A Boy & His Blob on the Wii and more recently Thor on the Nintendo DS. The Alien franchise never catches a break, lets hope that his one will burst out of someones chest sooner than later. Perhaps on the Nintendo 3DS?
